We have made the decision to purchase a vacation rental in Lake Tahoe!
The chosen property is North Shore, in Kingswood Estates. It is very close to the Northstar ski resort, and just up the hill from the sandy Kingsbeach public beach.
Long neglected, the beautiful "Eymer House" is in need of the Cathey-Kugler TLC. We will put some time into cosmetic details and bring this place back to elegant beauty. With 5 bedrooms, and 2500 square feet, we think it will be easy to keep it rented all year long!
